  • You have all seen the success TrafficSynergy has helped me arrive at in my post, The Proof is in the Pudding, and by the number of comments, it is clear that this is causing quite an interest.

My earnings are currently sitting on ZAR 12,452.48 for the month, which if you ask me, is completely massive! And the thing is, you can reach this too. I spent 6months of my life writing articles for Webtrepreneur, as I learnt how to become a Web Entrepreneur, so everything I learnt is on this site. I often have people emailing me or contacting me and asking for hints and tips as to how I managed to push so far, and the answer is simple, time! I point people to the first post I ever wrote: Welcome to Webtrepreneur, and I tell them to spend time reading my articles. I know it’s a nightmare to sit and think that you have a ton of articles to read, but most of my articles are very short, and right to the point, and you could afford to skim read them.

These things don’t happen over night, and usually require hours and hours of reading and searching online. I recently watched the first episode of The Next Internet Millionaire, where they talked about ’simpleology’, and it’s exactly what the aim of the game here is. Break down your target market, and break down the ways you are going to make them feel comfortable using your site. If you are targeting people who are not familiar with the Internet, remember that you need to help them and guide them in order to earn their trust. If you can do this, your website will be a success, and you will see a massive increase in traffic and returning visitors.

The title says it all! TrafficSynergy in conjunction with SafariNow are offering a 25% commission on every sale made! That’s not all, they are also offering a 25% commission on all subsales too! This is a cost per sale campaign (CPA campaign ? ), and is open to traffic from all countries across the world, which is fantastic, because International traffic is always on such a high these days.

The SafariNow campaign supports a fantasically large range of Image Creative Campaigns, as well as a good collection of HTML Campaigns, meaning that finding a banner advert for your website will not be tricky at all. The banners range from sizes such as 125×125 and 250×250 to 468×60 and 728×60, amongst others.

If you are running a travel blog/site, or a accommodation blog/site, this is the perfect campaign for you. SafariNow recently increased their 25% payout to 30% payout, so keep your eyes open for some excellent commissions!

    CPC and CPA explained

I have recently received a couple enquiries as to what CPC and CPA are. Now, I know that I have covered these topics before, but there is nothing wrong with a sturn reminder.

CPC stands for Cost per Click, and what this means is basically that you earn revenue for each advert click as a publisher. On the other hand, if you are an advertiser, you pay for each click of the advert. Google Adsense is generally CPC advertising, so each time a person on your website clicks on of your adverts, you earn revenue. This form of revenue generating is probably the easiest, and earns you quick cash.

CPA stands for Cost per Action, and as it states, you earn revenue for any action performed once a user clicks on advert. For example, if you are running a website about computers, and you put up some CPA banner adverts, you will NOT earn money for each click of the adverts, but rather only when the user clicks the advert, arrives at the new website and performs an action such as filling out a form, or purchasing something from the website. So for the example about a computer website, you might want to put adverts to Digital Planet or Amazon.com and when a user clicks one of your adverts, they will arrive at the computer or book stall and have the opportunity to purchase something. When they make a purchase, you will receive a % of this sale, depending on what the affiliate company offers you.

CPC advertising is a quick fix solution to earning money online, whereas with CPA advertising, you need to target your audience a lot more, but you stand making a great deal more money with this approach.

I hope that clears things up!
