what about spam?

i used web ceo also a great resource and got some spam back on my address.
even after a couple of weeks i didnt see much difference on google. i searched for websites linked back to mine.(webmaster tools)

Hey bud,

I have had success before, but I have also been spam nuked. What I normally do is create an email address list [email protected] and use that for all the submissions and things just for verifying, etc. and once I have finished verifying everything, I kill the email..
