I recently watched the first episode of The Next Internet Millionaire, where they talked about ’simpleology’, and it’s exactly what the aim of the game here is. Break down your target market, and break down the ways you are going to make them feel comfortable using your site. If you are targeting people who are not familiar with the Internet, remember that you need to help them and guide them in order to earn their trust. If you can do this, your website will be a success, and you will see a massive increase in traffic and returning visitors.
